Ohh-Med Medical Ltd is a dynamic medtech leading the market with innovative medical solutions for Men's Health. The company develops, manufactures, and markets a growing suite of innovative, patented medical devices to treat a range of urological conditions, including erectile dysfunction (ED). Established in Israel, the company was founded in 2017 by Daniel Lischinsky, a serial entrepreneur, who also serves as the company's CEO.

Ohh-Med aims to equip every man who is coping with erectile dysfunction with a viable solution to improve sexual health. Our simple-to-use, highly effective, home-use device can restore penile health and function, and the ability to achieve spontaneous erections in a natural, non-invasive manner.

Sandra is responsible to develop marketing strategy, product marketing and marketing content. She has previously worked at some of the leading medical device companies in Israel and brings vast experience in this field to her work at Ohh-Med. Sandra holds an MA in Philosophy of Science.
Hagai Shlomo
R&D Engineer
Hagai is the R&D Engineer responsible for the continuing development of the Vertica with additional features and the development of future products. Specializing in RF and communications, Hagai also holds an MSc in electrical and electronic engineering, advanced RF, and antennas. Hagai joined Ohh-Med as a student and is now a regular member of the team.
Ilan Schleisner
Sales Manager
Ilan has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in diverse fields of medicine, with 5-years in the field of advanced RF devices for urological treatments. Prior to embarking on his career in the medical device industry, Ilan practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine, and he currently utilizes his practitioner experience to bring a unique approach to finding solutions to clients’ needs.
Adva Glazer
Administrative Manager
Adva is responsible for all administrative tasks at Ohh-Med, in addition to human resources, purchasing and logistics. Adva has worked previously as a travel agent and brings her rich experience in customer care to her work at Ohh-Med. Adva holds a BA degree.
Israel Biton
International Territory Manager
Israel is responsible for international sales and brings to Ohh-Med many years’ experience as Sales Manager in the field of IT infrastructure. Israel brings his customer-oriented approach to his work with distributors and customers.
Doron Aloni
Customer Support
For the last 10 years Doron managed his own business in organic and natural products and focused on the company’s online business. Doron has brought his rich experience in customer support and online commerce to lead Ohh-Med’s Customer Support and Call Center. Doron has a BA degree.

Daniel brings extensive experience from a diverse range of successful technology companies, including LSI Logic, Saifun Semiconductors, Mellanox Technologies, Zoran Semiconductors, Syneron Medical. Prior to Ohh-Med, he founded Endymed Medical Ltd where he served as VP R&D and CTO. Â Daniel holds a BSc degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Adi Gur
CEO at Arbelon Holdings
Adi is the CEO of the Arbelon holding company, which specializes in high-tech, Med-Tech, and startups. In the past, he served as president and CEO of Flex Israel. Has experience in EMS and innovation. Graduate of Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Coventry in England and of Business Administration at Stanford University.
Eli Sayag
CFO
Eli brings vast experience in executive finance management and strong finance and operational leadership. He has 15 years of experience in managing the financial operations of companies including numerous M&A deals. Eli previously served in senior finance positions in a global Aerospace and Defense public traded company. He holds an MBA from Tel-Aviv University and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University. Eli is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
