Global Marketing Manager (UK)

Job Summary:
As a Global Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing strategies across international markets. Your responsibilities will span both the medical and online consumer sectors. This dynamic position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and cultural sensitivity.


  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough research to understand global market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.

    • Identify emerging markets and assess their potential for growth.

    • Analyse data to discover new sales opportunities and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

  • Global Campaign Development:

    • Create and launch regionally or culturally appropriate marketing campaigns.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling promotional materials.

    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across diverse markets.

  • Localisation and Cultural Sensitivity:

    • Adapt marketing content to resonate with different cultural nuances.

    • Address language barriers effectively.

    • Avoid translation errors by overseeing accurate translations of slogans, taglines, and other marketing materials.

  • Product Positioning and Market Entry:

    • Determine which products and services are best suited for specific markets.

    • Develop strategies for successful market entry.

    • Work closely with product teams to align offerings with customer needs.

  • Brand Management:

    • Safeguard brand integrity globally.

    • Monitor brand perception and address any discrepancies.

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Coordinate with different marketing agencies to drive growth in different markets.

    • Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams.

    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across regions.

  • Metrics and Performance Evaluation:

    • Set clear KPIs for global marketing initiatives.

    • Regularly evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

    • Optimise marketing spend to maximise ROI.

  • Position:

    • As Global Marketing Manager you will report to the CEO of the company.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 7 or more years of experience in global marketing, preferably in the medical or online consumer industry.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
